I started to develop my love of baking while attending the University of British Columbia, studying Kinesiology. I used baking as my creative outlet, making cakes and treats for every special occasion.

After graduating I studied Baking & Pastry at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts on Granville Island. To me, baking is the perfect combination of science & art!

My goal is to make desserts that are both beautiful and delicious. All of my creations are made to order which means that each one is unique and crafted with you in mind. ​
